The Westfield Parks & Recreation Department was formed in 2009 to provide quality recreational opportunities for the citizens of Westfield, as well as to acquire, preserve and maintain open lands, parks, and trails. Currently, the department operates over 130 acres of park space and over 10 miles of paved, multi-use trails. The mission of Westfield Parks & Recreation is to provide programming and special events and to strive to preserve, create, maintain and enhance safe and inviting environments for all to enjoy. Our goal is establish the Westfield Parks & Recreation Department and system as a recognized leader in providing the highest quality and unique parks and recreation services and opportunities in Indiana.
