Contact: Officer Jeremy Meier Email: jmeier@westfield.in.gov Office: 317-804-3200 Dispatch: 317-773-1300 Incident Type: Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash Incident Date and Time: 4/19/18 9:08am Location: 3500 block W SR 32 Case Number: 2018-7994 Release Date and Time: 4/19/18 12:30pm On 4/19/18 at approximately 9:08am, Westfield Police and Fire Departments along with other agencies, responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash with injury in the 3500 block of W SR 32. Upon arrival, officers found a Buick sedan and Chevrolet SUV that were involved in a head-on collision. Two adult occupants of one vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. An adult driver and juvenile passenger of the second vehicle were alert and conscious at the scene and transported by ground ambulance to area hospitals. Investigators are currently working to determine the cause of the crash and make proper notifications to family members of the victims.
