The Customer Service Department is responsible for the billing and collection of revenues for trash and recycling, building permits; park permits; and miscellaneous fees associated with permits, license fees and public information requests.
Trash and stormwater bills are generated quarterly and due within 15 days.

Auto debiting service: Automatically deducted from your checking account. You may obtain a form below or contact Customer Service at 317-804-3150. *Please be sure to include a voided check.
Drop boxes: City Services Center - 2728 E 171st Street. Payments received after 3pm will be considered next day's business.
When moving into or out of a home in Westfield, please contact the Customer Service Department at 317-804-3150 so a beginning or final bill will be generated for your account.
