WESTFIELD ASKS FOR COMMUNITY INPUT ABOUT THE CITY’S PARKS

City of Westfield Conducts Survey to Plan for Next Five Years

Westfield, IN- The city of Westfield is asking residents to take a short survey on the city’s parks system. The results will be implemented in to the city’s five-year parks plan.

“As our community grows our parks system needs to adapt dependent upon what residents want,” says Mayor Andy Cook. “Residents choose Westfield based on our parks and trail system, but to continue that tradition our amenities need to meet the community’s dreams and desires.”

The Westfield Parks & Recreation department has created a survey that will help plan for the future of Westfield parks. The survey covers current parks in the area as well as the highly anticipated Grand Junction Park and Plaza, which is planned for downtown Westfield. The survey results will be analyzed and incorporated in to a five-year plan.

The survey will be open through Friday August 4, 2017. You can find the survey here.
