Water bills are generated for the north side of the city every third week of the month and the south side of the city every second week of the month. The dividing line for the north and south billing is 161st street. The bills are due within 15 days.
There are easy ways to pay your water bill. They can be paid:
Online- Using Master Card, Visa or Discover (convenience charge will apply)
- ATTENTION VALUED WESTFIELD PUBLIC WORKS CUSTOMERS:
IF YOUR WATER HAS BEEN SHUT OFF, OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DISCONNECT LETTER, AND YOU MAKE A PAYMENT ON LINE AFTER THE DUE DATE, PLEASE NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE AT 317-804-3150.
· CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS MAY BE POSTED WITHIN 24-HOURS BUT NOT IMMEDIATELY.
· THE ENTIRE BALANCE DUE PLUS A $48.00 RECONNECT FEE MUST BE PAID IF YOUR WATER HAS BEEN SHUT OFF.

Auto debiting service: Automatically deducted from your checking account. You may obtain a form below or contact Customer Service at 317-804-3150. *Please be sure to include a voided check.
Drop boxes: 3 convenient locations; City Services Center - 2728 E 171st Street, City Hall - 130 Penn Street and Trustees Office - 1549 Greyhound Pass. Payments received after 3pm will be considered next day's business.

When moving into or out of a home in Westfield, please contact the Customer Service Department at 317-804-3150 so a beginning or final meter reading may be taken for your account.
