According to Hauk, this change is a direct result of Westfield's growth in population and Westfield Public Works' growth in staff.  "Because our department added staff this year, our customer service staff needs the extra 30 minutes in the morning for staff meetings and scheduling, which will ultimately help improve our overall customer service," says Hauk. 

The Public Works main campus hours will remain 7:30am - 4:30pm.  There are currently three drop boxes for residents to drop off their water/sewer bills - one in the Town Hall parking lot, 130 Penn Street; another located at the Customer Service Center, 2728 E. 171^st Street; and one more located at the Township Trustee's Office, 1548 E. Greyhound Pass.  Payments are retrieved from these drop boxes daily.
