It was near Hamilton County Boone County line

The cause of all of the crashes here is poor visibility, people trying to beat the traffic, anticipating other drivers turning when they aren't, and using the side of the road as a bail-out lane when there isn't one there. We hear honking all hours day and night, screeching tires and people generally being impatient. This marks the 2nd and 3rd fatality, and one of numerous accidents since we have lived here in the past 8 years. I have lost count. My heart goes out to the families, and to those who survived.

that's right at Joliet rd
