(WC 16.06.070 A 2 b) %u2013 to allow for a zero (0) inch rise to the parking lot islands where a six (6) inch rise from the parking surface is required; 2. (WC 16.06.070 A 2 c) %u2013 to allow no curbing for interior landscaped areas within a parking lot where it is required; and, 3.
