Professional Profile
Wes is the Stormwater Specialist and is responsible for ensuring Stormwater Phase II requirements; compliance, operation and maintenance activities, as well as public education and outreach programs for the City of Westfield are met. Wes obtained his B. S. in Natural Resourcesfrom Ball State University and an Associates degree, majoring in Law and Conservation, from Vincennes University. In addition to his responsibilities, he handles all of the drainage issues or concerns within the city.
